Safe VOU workflow
Download the Windows 7z, verify SHA256, scan a limited IP range, group miners by model and board type, then update a small pilot group before a full rollout.
VOU guide
Use this guide to discover miners, update existing VNISH installs and manage batches with VOU. The downloads stay easy to find while the workflow explains safe rollout steps.
| Task | Use VOU when | Use another path when |
|---|---|---|
| Network discovery | You need to find miners by IP range | The miner is not booting at all |
| Update | VNISH is already installed | You need a clean stock-to-VNISH install package |
| Bulk work | You have many similar units | Models/boards are mixed and not grouped |
| Monitoring | You need a quick farm overview | You need deep custom reporting through API |

VOU does not remove the need to choose the right firmware package. Do not use bulk update as a shortcut when miners have different models, board types or stock firmware dates.
The VOU files are hosted on this domain for availability. The download manifest lists each package URL and checksum so operators can verify files before use.
Use /vou-win.7z from this site and verify it against /checksums.txt before running it.
Use VOU when the workflow supports your miner and package. For restricted stock firmware, SD recovery may be required first.
Yes, but only after grouping by model, control board and current firmware state.
Continue through the model, install and recovery pages before flashing production miners.
